There is a fee for rush or same day orders. Please consult with your customer service representative for this information by calling or emailing us. Please note that with most personalized orders, it takes at least 2-3 weeks to monogram and ship.
All packages will be charged for shipping and handling. This includes back orders.

Return Policy
We gladly accept back your items within 14 days of receiving your item. Custom made items, personalized items, and monogrammed items are final sale.
To send an item back please:
1) Call Somethingaboutbaby.com or send an email to info@somethingaboutbaby.com to obtain a RA number
2) Send your item back an insured, trackable, method.
3) Once we receive your item back we will post a refund to the credit card you originally purchased your items with.
4) Items received outside the 14 day period will be issued a store credit.
